The Wine List:

An all-Italian based well balanced wine list, focusing on great values (both red and white), touching all regions with very interesting indigenous as well as international wine varieties.

Library Selection:

The result of fifteen years of selecting and collecting rare and precious bottles from various, prestigious wineries, some of which, are today almost impossible to find in general distribution. The sole purpose of thie "limited selection"is to please the most discerning connoisseur and/or have avilable these special occasion items.

The quartino:

An old-Italian tradition! Casual Hosteria wine serving approach, offers a "variation on the theme" to wine by the glass.

The quartino offers you great versatility:

* If you dont wish to order a full bottle

* If the people in your party, each want different wines.

* If you like to sip on a quartino of white, with yiour appetizer, then move to a full bottle of red with your main dish.

* The "quartino", puts the control in the guest's hands: how much wine to pour in your glass at each time, being able to swirl it around in the glass, transforming the process into a true and palpable ritual.

* The question of quality: most wines on our basic wines list, will be made available in a "quartino-size". We feel this is a great benefit to you! You don't need to order a full bottle of great wine anymore.

Let our talented and creative chef Giancarla design a six-course-tasting-menu to remember. (Available for a maximum of four guests), We will pair each course with a wine.

As an Organic Restaurant I feel it is our collective responsibility to raise awareness about the threats our environment faces and how with small steps we can take measures to become guardians of this incredible Mother Earth. Each month Escopazzo Miami's Italian Restaurant invites friends and patrons to partake in a food and wine celebration.

Each everning will feature a wine producer and 5 of their selection paired with chef Giancarla's enticing dishes.

The Dinner will be held in the Private Dinning room with one large table accommodating only 26 guests.
